Our client is a global law firm that has built one of the largest, most well-respected legal practices across the world today. Having gone through exponential growth recently, they are looking for an Office Services Specialist to join their team onsite in their Fort Lauderdale office.

Your new role

As the Office Services Specialist, you will support office operations and assist employees with administrative tasks. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive impression. Reporting to the Office Manager and working with other administrators, this full-time, temp-to-perm, onsite role involves maintaining laptops and office equipment, managing mail and deliveries (including driving and lifting up to 50 lbs), performing general office duties, coordinating interviews and visits, and ensuring timely dispatch of equipment.

What you will need to succeed
  • 2+ years of administrative/reception experience, preferably in professional services.
  • Familiarity with equipment maintenance/repair experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with attorneys and staff.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (minimum 30 pounds).
  • Proficiency with postal equipment (scales, postage meters).
  • Ability to train and motivate employees.
  • Valid driver's license required.
