Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Maintain contact lists and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
