Our healthcare client is seeking remote Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join their team! This role is a 6 month-1 year contract.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required
- Previous call center experience required
- Healthcare call center experience required
- Good communication skills
- Someone who enjoys research and investigative work
- Must have customer care focus (Lead with kindness and be a strong team member)
- Must have reliable home internet
