The Practice Management Sales Enablement Consultation team provides training and consultative support to our branch teams on the firm's Sales Enablement platforms that support practice management strategies. The Sales Enablement team develops our branch team tool strategies and, and via the consultation team provides guidance for ongoing coaching, consultation, training and acumen-building to branch associates and home office support areas. In this role, you will have a large amount of contact with branch teams and will require the ability to translate the value of branch tools at the right level at the right time ensuring successful adoption and achievement of firm outcomes. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Some travel will be required.


  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 7+ years of industry experience

  • Series 7 and 66 licenses required.

  • Ability to travel (approximately 15-30% of the time)

  • Strongly preferred minimum of 7+ years progressive experience in Salesforce/IT roles and other proven software, systems, and tools

  • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential including the ability to interact with General Partners and other leaders of the firm.

  • Ability to deliver presentations for large groups.

  • Ability to coach FAs and Branch Teams on complex topics.

  • Ability to apply knowledge of Edward Jones business model, philosophies, and values.
