Position Overview: Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory by preventing and resolving inventory discrepancies. Investigate and determine root causes for major inventory discrepancies.
Essential Job Functions:
•
Perform daily aisle counts.
•
Investigate and submit corrections for cycle count requests.
•
Move products to correct or new locations, as required.
•
Label product and locations.
•
Pull, transfer, and have repacked any damaged cases found.
•
Communicate and work with all departments, as required.
•
Follow all company safety policies and ensure a safe working environment.
•
Maintain GMP’s.
•
Perform any other duties assigned by the department Supervisor.
Requirements:
•
Distribution or Warehouse experience.
•
RF system knowledge.
•
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
•
Adhere to all Navajo Incorporated policies and procedures including company safety, ethics, and attendance.
•
Certified or ability to be certified to drive all types of lift vehicles used in the facility including sit-down forklift, pick lift, electric and non-electric pallet jacks.
•
Must possess manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work.
•
May be required to occasionally lift, carry, position, or move objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
Other Skills/Requirements:
•
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
•
Good math and computer skills.
•
Moderate Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Outlook).
