Job Description:


As a Business Execution Administrator you will:

• 
  Learn and Navigate: Become proficient in using the Policy Governance Platform (PGP) for managing policies, procedures, reference documents, exceptions, and violations.


• 
  Data Entry Projects: Perform tasks such as updating metadata and document content within PGP, creating, revising, publishing, and rescinding documents in PGP, and updating user stories and defects in Jira.


• 
  Support Projects: Assist with miscellaneous projects by providing data entry or research support.


• 
  User Requests: Field user requests via the EPO Service Desk, including answering "how-to" questions, reporting defects, and processing enhancement requests.

Additional Notes:

• This position is a backfill role.


• The interview process includes a 30-minute session with the RTM and manager.


• All resumes must be submitted through Beeline; direct communication with the hiring manager is not permitted while the position is live.

Responsibilities:

• Support business execution and proactively seek ways to improve processes.


• Perform moderately complex administrative support tasks.


• Receive direction from a supervisor and escalate non-routine questions.


• Interact with client personnel on a range of information.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

Preferred Experience:
