We believe that when we are at our best, we provide the most value to our clients and our teammates respectively.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee and manage Office365 and EntraID environments, including security and compliance settings.Oversee and manage device management using Intune, include policies, updates, and app deployment.Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).Ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of corporate networks, storage, and IT resources.Troubleshoot issues and enhance overall infrastructure security.Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment pipelines and improve system automation.Implement disaster recovery strategies and backup solutions.Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices across development and operational systems.QUALIFICATIONS:Education and ExperienceBachelors Degree in IT or related field, or 2 years additional relevant experience3-5+ years of experience in systems administration (Office365, EntraID, Intune)3-5+ years of experience in IaaS/PaaS platform development and administrationCertificationsAWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or other relevant systems administration, DevOps, or security certifications are valuedTechnical SkillsExpertise in Office365 administration, policy creation, and user management.Proficiency in using Intune to manage corporate devicesStrong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), virtualization technologies, and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).Familiarity with network and network security design, VPNs, and firewallsProficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell desired)Version control proficiency (Git and GitHub)Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools in cloud environmentsSoft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentSelf-motivated with strong time management and organizational skillsCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSGenerous Salary + BonusCompany Paid Health InsuranceCompany Paid Dental InsuranceCompany Paid Vision InsuranceCompany Paid Life Insurance401k with 3% Company Contribution (Traditional & Roth Options)Flexible Vacation PolicyAnnual Company Retreat
