Schneider Electric has an opportunity for the role of Install Base Offer Manager for US Services.

As the Install Base Offer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving service revenue growth and strategically expanding Schneider Electric's installed base knowledge. You will lead the charge in leveraging Demand Generation Engines and digital transformation initiatives to maximize service revenue potential and enhance data quality metrics across our leading Business Units. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive the deployment of digital tools for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include:


  • Grow service revenue through demand generation engines such as the Digital Opportunity Factory (DOF), Sailebot, and Convex across the 5 leading Business Units: Power Systems, Secure Power, Industrial Automation, Digital Services, and ASCO.

  • Lead the US Services Greenfield and Brownfield Installed Base Data Management, including spearheading digital transformation and enhancing country Data Quality Metric.

  • Strategically expand SE installed base knowledge and service revenue growth through Service Partners.

  • Track and monitor bFO Sales Opportunities pipeline and pipeline data quality.

  • Local Product Owner and driver of Sales Enablement for install base related digital tools such as Account Cockpit, IB2Diag, Sailebot, and mySchneider Services.

  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Excellence Leader and Global Marcom Team on new demand generation initiatives for Track 2 Order automation.

  • Provide support on the annual AMSP exercise and contribute to the growth ambition for the Demand Generation Engines & IB Tracking.

  • Support US Services stakeholders with install base analysis and reporting.

  • Deploy digital tools for external customers - mySchneider Full-Service Experience

  • Drive offer definition and specifications, market strategy, and roadmap development.

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in offer/product management or professional services

  • Ability and willingness to travel as required
