What You'll Do:
Lead investment strategy and planning efforts, staying ahead of market trends
Collaborate with wholesalers, fund managers, and make informed recommendations on new funds
Provide investment guidance from large-scale client holdings to individual 401K advice
Meet weekly with the investment policy committee and report models to the board
Contribute to the investment newsletter, showcasing strong writing skills
Work in a close-knit office covering both investments and benefits
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership in investment planning
Expertise in asset allocation, risk management, and market research
Ability to advise on a wide range of investment strategies
Excellent written communication skills
CFA strongly preferred
Strong work history with longevity in previous roles
