Job Description:

Our client, a global financial advisory firm, is seeking a service-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support their team in San Francisco. This is a 6-month, hybrid contract role with the potential to go full-time with the right candidate. In this role, you will support a team of partners and managing directors by coordinating deadlines, managing sensitive information, and assisting with various administrative tasks. What You'll Do
  • Manage calendars, prepare travel plans, and process reports.
  • Provide administrative support across various locations.
  • Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and manage schedule changes.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and exercise sound judgment.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Balance multiple priorities and quickly adapt to new issues.
  • Assist with email management and timely responses.
  • Support internal and external events.
  • Perform general office tasks as needed.

What You'll Need
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
  • At least four years of administrative experience required; experience in a professional environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good judgment in decision-making.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations while managing priorities effectively.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proactive approach to customer service and collaboration with diverse individuals.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed.
  • Capacity to adapt to various work settings; able to sit or stand at a computer for extended periods.

  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds.
