We are seeking a proactive and professional Administrative Administrative to support a dynamic organization based in Aurora, CO.
Pay Rate: $22-$26 hourly
Schedule: In office daily; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Location: Aurora, CO 80019
What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling service appointments, providing updates, and addressing any concerns.
Coordinate and schedule service appointments, assigning service requests to technicians, ensuring they have the necessary equipment, tools, and materials to complete the job.
Create and manage work orders for service requests, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the tracking system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, including inspection reports, insurance information, service agreements, client communications, materials used, and billing information.
Manage the service inspection backflows process, including compliance reporting and updating third-party systems with insurance information and inspection reports.
Assist with Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, customer calls, dispute resolution, generating reports, tracking, and sending statements.
Perform basic accounting functions, such as Accounts Payable coding or Payroll data entry.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in an administrative/customer service role (experience with On-Call Services is a plus)
Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and strong communication skills
Positive, reliable, and hard working team player
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High School Diploma or equivalent
