Job Description: * Client, agent and office management support * Not just someone who sits at the front desk - go getter willing to take the reins on supporting the office, clients and agents! * Main point of communication for all 110 coworkers * Takes pride, initiative, and ownership * Greeting clients while making sure agents are taken care of, while managing all office needs. * Not a clock in, clock out role - the agents rely on this person to help with various tasks. * Printing, supplies, setting up training and meeting rooms. Liaison for all vendors and agents. * Takes initiative - example: printer breaks, someone who proactively tries to fix or calls vendor * Able to have tough conversations and be a problem solver to find a solution without escalating it * Wants someone to stay with the team, and grow with the company! (many departments to grow into and take on new management responsibilities)
