The Hilton New York Times Square is looking for an Engineer to join our stunning landmark New York City Hotel, a corporate managed property. Located at the heart of Times Square, this upscale hotel soars 44 stories above Manhattan, offers 478 rooms and features three food and beverage outlets, including the Zagat-rated restaurant, Restaurant Above, which is perched 21 stories above, offering a breathtaking view of Times Square.

Shift Pattern: Full availability is needed for this role

Pay Range: $44.96 - $49.96 / hour

What will I be doing?

As an Engineer, you would be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs.
• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry.
• Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs.
• Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention.
• Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment.
• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas.
