Sales Support Assistant at Logicalis in Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Description:

Summary


Part of an integrated team of resources assisting the Sales Support Representatives (SSR), Order Management Coordinator (OMC) and Accounts Executives (AE) on a national basis. Assists with general sales support functions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Fulfills special customer requirement needs that are identified
  
  
• Prepares weekly order status and shipping reports for the SSR and AE to deliver to the customer
  
  
• Performs Order Backlog Management
  
  
• Performs Open Purchase Order Management
  
  
• Assists with forecasting - gathering of information weekly and report generation
  
  
• Acts as liaison for information needed from Legal, Credit and Finance
  
  
• Performs deal registration assistance and tracking
  
  
• Manages documents for closing of orders requiring document signatures
  
  
• Researches customer issues / invoicing questions
  
  
• Provides training to backup any needs of the department
  
  
• Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values
  
  
• Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
  
  
• Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Education:

• High School Education
  
  

Experience / Technical Requirements:

• 1 year in a related area
  
  
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications

Salary Compensation Range: $42,100 to $52,600
