Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Hybrid role: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

We are seeking a dedicated and patient Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints. The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare or managed care setting and possess strong technical aptitude. This role requires the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and adapt to different situations while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and problems with professionalism and patience.
  • Follow company standards and procedures while providing excellent customer service.
  • Utilize Microsoft Windows applications to manage and track customer information.
  • Assist customers by addressing concerns related to healthcare operations, including HMO/IPA services.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external clients.

Education & Experience:
  • At least six (6) months of customer service experience, handling issues with patience and professionalism.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows applications and following established procedures.
  • One (1) year of experience working in medical groups, HMO, or IPA operations within a managed care setting preferred.
  • Experience with Insurance Verification

Key Qualifications:
  • Strong technological aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt to new conditions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish): Required written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
