Overview of Company & Position:
Blue Time, a division of American Exchange Group, is a multi-division New York-based wholesaler of fashion accessory watches, jewelry and footwear for major brands.
We currently have several full-time Office Assistant positions open in our Somerset, New Jersey warehouse.
The Office Assistants will report into the Office Manager and will support the day-to-day operations of the facility which include assisting with order entry, creation of labels, preparation of documents and responding to emails and phone calls.
This role will work with multiple accounts and departments which will require sharp attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and flexibility to keep up with the fast-paced nature of our business.
The Office Assistants will be expected to follow processes and procedures that provide optimal productivity. This refers to prioritizing orders based on ship dates, routing of orders through different carriers, and arranging timely pickups and deliveries of goods.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Candidates should have basic knowledge of Word and Excel, as well as comfortability learning and working in different operating systems.
Compensation: $18-$20/hour
