About the Role

As a Customer Service Excellence Coordinator, you will support key aspects of the employee experience for the global Dow Jones Customer Service department. The role will particularly focus on tasks and assignments involving department communication, connection, and culture.

This role is hybrid, based in our Princeton office.
You Will:
  • With supervision, prepare briefs, decks, and supporting presentation materials for various department projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain the team's and department calendars; provide scheduling support across all functions
  • Participate in the planning and sequencing of the calendar of communications, programs, and events for optimal timing
  • Support recordkeeping and data-tracking related to key projects, employee changes, promotions, separations, awards, etc.
You Have:
  • You have completed at least two years of school towards your Bachelor's degree
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create communications with supervision
  • Experience and interest in project management and organizing, hosting, and executing events
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management skills
  • Exceptionally high standards for confidentiality
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite/Microsoft Office
  • Confidence in communicating using video conferencing and instant messaging platforms.
