Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Wellesley, is seeking an experienced Probate Estate Administrator to join their team.

This position offers a hybrid schedule.

Experience filing Estate tax returns for large estates is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with all aspects of probate and estate administration
  • Preparing federal and state estate tax returns, court documents, correspondence, and filings
  • Communicating with clients
  • Drafting petitions and settlements of accounts

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recent Trusts & Estates including extensive probate experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Client service skills
