Solomon Page has partnered with a national healthcare brand seeking a talented individual to join the HR team to help streamline the HR processes through the effective use of technology. The HRIS Analyst will play an important role in implementing ADP Vantage over the next ten months. This position offers work life balance opportunities as well as huge growth potential.
Hybrid working schedule
Pay Rate: $38/hr - 41/hr
Responsibilities:
Implement, maintain, and support HRIS systems and applications
Analyze HR data and generate reports to identify trends and insights
Enhance user experiences and reduce time-intensive labor
Design and develop HRIS workflows and processes
Provide technical support to HR staff and employees
Stay up-to-date on HRIS best practices and industry trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in HRIS analysis or implementation
ADP is a must, ADP Vantage is a huge plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
