Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Process Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, the Process Analyst evaluates and assesses various processes and composes specifics plans to use that analysis to improve business performance


• Gather necessary information, perform data analysis, and maintain data and analyses for future use in financial planning. A process analyst m


• Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs


• Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs


• Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways


• The Process Analyst will identify user needs from user requests and develop strategies by which to meet those needs


• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate quality of final analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field


• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies


• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, including AI


• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics platforms


• Must excel in strategic thinking, financial analysis, strategy development, and decision making

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
