Job Summary | Student workers will perform administrative tasks at the College of Nursing including the following: • Serve as receptionist with the Dean’s office covering the main College phone and greeting visitors as they arrive. • Assist the Dean (and others as needed) with copying, mailings, editing Word/Microsoft documents, scanning documents, and running errands within the building and on campus. • Assist with organizing and maintaining the various copy and storage rooms in the College. • Assist the Business Office and other College units with administrative tasks. • Assist with College event planning and set up. • Ensure the College Dean’s office, main floor, kitchen, and student lounge are tidy. • Other duties as assigned. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | The ability to work independently or as a team, someone who is self-directed, organized, and can multi-task. Microsoft suite software experience required. |
