Role Overview:
As the Lead Superintendent, you will oversee and manage all on-site activities for large-scale multifamily and mixed-use hospitality developments. You will be responsible for ensuring project deadlines, safety, and quality standards are met while working closely with the project team, subcontractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all site operations from start to finish.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment.
Oversee subcontractor scheduling, progress, and performance.
Ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance on-site.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and milestones.
Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the project life cycle.
Address and resolve any construction-related issues or delays promptly.
