Job Title: Project Coordinator - Reactor & Major Maintenance

Description:
Coordinate project teams of 1-5 members, overseeing planning, scheduling, and control of project and program activities. Serve as a specialist for specific projects, possessing detailed knowledge of all project aspects. Stay updated on new developments and technology. Monitor projects and recommend changes to enhance operating efficiency. Develop budgetary estimates.

Principal Accountabilities:
Manage small projects for refueling outages, forced outages, and on-line maintenance, ensuring safe, quality, on-schedule, and within-budget execution.
Oversee all aspects of project implementation, including budget, work package preparation, parts procurement, ALARA planning, industrial and nuclear safety, work prioritization, resource loading, and work execution.
Develop budgets and track costs versus budget for assigned projects.
Maintain frequent interface with clients, engineers, related parties, and management to ensure proper progress and focus.
Develop and manage contracts and interface with vendors.
Prepare and deliver written and oral communications to various groups, including senior management.
Develop and maintain long-range plan strategies for assigned projects.
Support effective implementation of the Columbia Generating Station Self-Assessment and Corrective Action Program.
Provide outage support, including OCC.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field from an accredited college or university AND one year of experience in a technical field OR Associate's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related technical curriculum from an accredited college or university AND three years' experience in a technical field OR High School Diploma/GED AND five years' experience in a technical field

Required Abilities and Skills:
Basic project management techniques

Basic proficiency with computer software tools (MS Office)
