Job Description:

Summary of Job:

At Lee Company, the Business Intelligence (BI) team plays a pivotal role in shaping data-driven strategies that drive operational efficiency and elevate both customer and employee experiences. The Business Intelligence Analyst will contribute to these initiatives by developing and maintaining data models, pipelines, and reporting structures that align with the company’s strategic objectives. They will partner with internal teams across the organization to train and support our Power BI Citizen Report Developers, streamline data processes, and ensure actionable insights and data solutions are accessible to decision-makers. This position will be a hybrid position, requiring the candidate to be in the Franklin, Tennessee office at least 3 days a week.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field


• Database and reporting experience pulling from multiple sources


• Hands-on experience with designing and developing dashboards using Power BI


• Experience with leading teams from requirements to solutions.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent knowledge and experience of SQL and Python


• Experience with Microsoft’s Power Platform and Synapse


• Hands-on experience with designing and developing dashboards using Power BI


• Ability to understand the data and its underlying processes and draw meaningful conclusions from the results


• Excellent ability to understand business processes


• Exceptional analytic skills and attention to detail


• Strong ability to work with large quantities of detailed data from multiple sources


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills & effective listening skills


• Strong initiative and willingness to take on projects in proactive manner


• Excellent organization & time management skills


• Strong ability to manage constantly shifting priorities and requirements

• Knowledge of Big Data technology such as Azure Synapse, Delta Lake and SPARK
