Marketing Coordinator - $60K-$70K - DC at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Washington, Washington DC

Job Description:

Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a direct hire Marketing Coordinator to support their busy marketing team and the Washington, DC office!


About the Job:

• Assist with producing and performing quality control on client facing marketing materials.


• Support event production and logistics tracking.


• Maintain mailing lists and contact lists within the CRM system, while supporting back-end projects.


• Manage promotional items and support award submissions for publications.


• Ensure marketing materials align with the association's mission and objectives.

About You:

• A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is required.


• 2+ years of marketing experience, particularly with content design, is required.


• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, Canva and other programs.


• Experience with CRM or other database software is required.


• Proactive and driven, with the ability to work within tight deadlines and utilize strong written and verbal communication skills.

About the Position:

• $60K-$70K, depending on experience.


• Hybrid schedule on-site 3 days/week.


• Metro accessible in Washington, DC.
