Our client, a reputable global law firm is seeking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst. This is a newly created position due to the company's growth, and is a great opportunity to work with senior leadership, get exposure working with different business units, as well as have great opportunities for internal growth!


Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting, blending traditional staff accounting responsibilities with financial analytics.


• Participate in budget preparation and management, including variance analysis to identify trends and areas for financial optimization.


• Handle general ledger accounting duties, reconciliations, and assist in the month-end close process.


• Support strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial information and analysis on projects, investments, and operational efficiency's.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems, enhancing overall business performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related


• 4+ years of relative experience


• Experience working in the legal, consulting, or professional services industry highly preferred


• Advanced Excel skills
