Job Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced President to lead our client's multi-location restaurant group in the Orlando area. This individual will be responsible for driving the company's overall strategy, ensuring growth, profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction. The President will oversee all aspects of operations, including marketing, finance, human resources, and executive leadership.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the executive team, ensuring all departments (Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR) align with the company's goals.

  • Drive the strategic vision for the company, focusing on expansion, market penetration, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure sustained profitability while meeting key financial targets.

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Establish and maintain a high-performance culture, leading by example with integrity and professionalism.




Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven leadership experience in the food service or hospitality industry, including multi-location operations.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in building, managing, and mentoring executive teams.

  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and operational excellence.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
