RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Oldsmar, FL that is seeking a Multimedia Production Specialist.

Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, Multimedia Communications & Broadcast, this Specialist will support video initiatives and maintain the day-to-day operations of the multimedia production team at this fast-paced audience measurement, data, and analytics company. The focus will be on our video and digital communications.

Responsibilities:

• Project manage, plan, estimate, research, develop, and coordinate the design, production, and implementation of broadcast, video and photography products and offsite video production events to meet client expectations


• Plan, shoot, edit and deliver high quality video for use in company wide communications initiatives


• Effectively work with the full spectrum of employees to schedule and produce their participation in video projects that feature their voices

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree (Film, Broadcasting, Communications or related field)


• 2+ years of video production work experience, with roles of demonstrated flexibility and growth


• Strong video editing and storytelling skills, with ability to create engaging content in a fast-paced environment


• Adobe Creative Suite proficient specifically with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Proficiency with graphic design, motion graphics, photography, sound engineering, video camera operation, set lighting techniques, broadcast set design and on-air talent direction up to and including the executive level


• Basic understanding of broadcast engineering and live event production (TriCaster and/or similar switchboard operation)


• Strong time management and project management skills desired; Must be agile and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously


• Google Suite proficiency.


• Event coverage and headshot photography experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
