Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring genuine empathy in each interaction.
Navigate multiple software applications, including reporting tools and Excel, to process resolutions and manage day-to-day operations.

As a Phone Customer Support Specialist, your day will mostly involve answering customer calls and resolving inquiries, while also utilizing reporting tools and Excel to enhance operational efficiency as needed.
