Role Summary: As the General Manager, you will lead administrative, financial, and strategic initiatives. This position requires change and people-management skills. Your leadership will drive the team's success.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide daily administrative and financial support and leadership across all business areas.
2. End-to-end project management, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.
3. Develop and manage budgets to improve resource allocation.
4. Provide support to our dynamic sales and marketing team, which is consistently achieving double-digit annual growth.
5. Cultivate a culture of curiosity and problem-solving, encouraging new approaches and innovative thinking.
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record in project management, change management, and leadership roles
2. Strong financial acumen and experience in budget development
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
4. Experience with ERP and website software is a plus
5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
