What you'll do: Manage front of house and back of house teams including scheduling, training, and general supervision. Oversee opening and closing procedures are being followed daily. Overseeing inventory and maintenance. Enforcing and monitoring all health, safety, and sanitation standards in your area Handle guest complaints. Quality control management of all products that leave your outlet. Maintain and encourage positive interactions with front and back of house. Assist in controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency. Continually promote a positive culture of inclusion and respect among employees. Identify needs for education and training for employees.

Requirements:
What we need from you: 3 years of restaurant experience High school education or equivalent (Preferred) Inventory and ordering experience. Cash handling experience. Strong communications skills. Top notch problem solving skills. Flexibility in availability - nights and weekends and 8-hour shifts. A positive attitude. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to details. Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time. Food handler and alcohol certification.
