Job Description: We are looking for a caring and dynamic Pre-K Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment for our preschoolers.
Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for preschool-aged children.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Prepare children for the transition to kindergarten by developing their academic and social skills.
Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
Ensure the health and safety of all children at all times.
Follow all state licensing guidelines and center policies and procedures.
Keep accurate records of each child's development and daily activities.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required); Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a child care or educational setting (preferred).

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 30 days).
Successful completion of background checks, TB test, and health screening (required before starting).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
