Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Consistently provide exceptional customer service via phone and email in a deadline-oriented environment Assist customers with inquiries, concerns and requests in a professional and timely manner Route inbound calls to appropriate departments Create support tickets Maintain and update customer information as necessary Effectively communicate with colleagues Desired Qualifications Customer Service, 1 year min. Microsoft Office Suite, 1 year min.
