This role will challenge you to manage our service contracts division with drive and determination and a clear view of the big picture goals. You will be accountable for:

  • Contract Management: Take charge of overseeing service contracts, from negotiation and renewal to ensuring compliance. Your attention to detail and strategic mindset will keep us on top of our game.
  • Customer Relations: Use your teamwork skills to build and nurture strong client relationships; addressing need with dedication and hustle.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze and track performance metrics to ensure we're meeting or exceeding our goals. Implement improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of service contract technicians fostering a winning environment driving each other to reach the best.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the financial aspects of service contracts, including budgeting and profitability. Your strategic thinking will be key in meeting financial targets and maximizing efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to enhance our service contracts and support business growth. Collaborate with other departments, using your teamwork and leadership skills to align objectives with company goals.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Experience in service contract management is a plus, but your proven ability to excel in high-stakes environments and lead a team is what counts.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with contract management software is beneficial.
