Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and assisting with their insurance needs.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products to existing clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving client concerns and issues.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance policies to provide informed advice to clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and agency success.
Actively engage in new business sales efforts, acquiring new personal lines insurance policies and contributing to agency growth (earning commission while you do).
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or account management.
Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
