The Role:

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be on the front lines of our sales team, playing a critical role in driving our company's growth. You will be connecting with potential clients, creating new opportunities, and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals. For those who thrive on challenges and are willing to put in the effort, it's incredibly rewarding.

What you'll do:

  • Prospect like a pro-Manage a high volume of outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify potential customers
  • Set qualified meetings with key decision makers and smoothly transition leads to the sales team
  • Track and manage your activities in our CRM (Outreach.io, Salesforce) to ensure an organized and effective outreach strategy
  • Effectively communicate the value of our products to potential clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals

Work Location:

  • Oklahoma City, OK

Requirements:

  • Onsite, 8-5 Mon-Fri.
  • Proven track record of success in a metric driven culture.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM applications.

Compensation:

  • Base salary + Bonus (based on performance)
