We are seeking a Sales Enablement Coordinator join the Lands’ End Outfitters Division to assist in the coordination and execution of sales enablement activities. Our mission is to empower our sales and sales operations team and drive revenue growth through effective enablement initiatives. As the Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales enablement programs. You will provide essential administrative and logistical support to the sales enablement team to help them deliver training, content, and technology tools to the sales and sales operations team effectively.



  • Training Program Support: Assist in organizing and scheduling sales training sessions, workshops, and webinars. Coordinate training logistics, including room bookings, materials, and technology setup.

  • Content Management: Help maintain and organize sales content, ensuring easy access for the sales & sales operations team. Assist in updating and managing sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials.

  • Technology Support: Provide basic support for sales and sales operations technology tools, such as CRM systems and sales automation software. Assist with software installations, updates, and user access management.

  • Administrative Assistance: Support the sales enablement team in administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and expense tracking. Prepare and distribute materials for meetings and training sessions.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Assist in documenting, setting up users, tracking training attendance and completion. Prepare reports on the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs, including feedback surveys, etc.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product teams, to facilitate communication and coordination.

  • Procurement: Manage the creation, approval and tracking of purchase orders through the iProcurement system. Ensure timely fulfillment of orders and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies or delays. Manage vendors in the iProcurement system. Utilize the iProcurement system to generate reports and analyze data. Monitor procurement activities to ensure they remain within budget constraints and align with financial goals. Regularly review and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve user satisfaction.

  • Travel Expense: Manage travel expense requests from Sales & Sales Ops. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding travel expense policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and organized records of all travel-related expenses and documentation. Monitor and control travel expenses against the allocated budget. Prepare detailed reports on travel expenses for management, highlighting trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost reduction. Continuously review and improve travel expense processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • LEO Townhall: Create and coordinate the agenda and ppt deck. Facilitate the meeting and ensure technology setup.

  • LEO SharePoint: Maintain and update the LEO SharePoint page. This includes LEO distribution lists, Milestone calendar, training calendar, etc.

  • Rewards & Recognition: Design and implement a comprehensive rewards and recognition program that aligns with the company’s culture and strategic goals. Develop and manage the budget for rewards and recognition programs. Monitor expenses and ensure programs are cost-effective. Communicate and promote the program.

  • Showroom: Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, including opening and closing procedures, calendar management, facility maintenance & inventory supplies. Partner with cross functional partners to maintain the presentation of the showroom to ensure products and displays are updated to stay relevant. Manage the showroom’s budget, including expenses related to inventory and marketing. Ensure staff are trained in the use of the technology, maintenance process, opening & closing procedures, etc. Plan and coordinate events, product launches, team meetings to ensure for a successful event/meeting. Implement continuous improvement initiative to enhance showroom performance, customer experience & utilization.

  • Onboarding: Arrange IT setups, system access, necessary software/tools and coordinate equipment needed. Create & distribute welcome package. Schedule and manage onboarding calendar. Facilitate onboarding sessions. Provide onboarding support to the new hires and partner with Sales Enablement team on onboarding strategy. Continuously evaluate the process, gain feedback and make improvements

  • Coordinate holiday gift giving initiatives with sales and cross-functional teams.

  • Must follow all safe work practices, escalate unsafe conditions, and report incidents.

  • Administer and maintain any internal or external learning platforms.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common business software

  • Enthusiastic and proactive with a willingness to learn and adapt

  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

  • Experience working in learning management platforms
