POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Manager, Commercial Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for executing the people strategy for the Neurology Sales team. To enable the business to achieve their organizational objectives, this individual will facilitate and deliver on all people related initiatives including performance, talent review, organizational culture, engagement and retention, individual development planning, and talent development. They will be responsible for building trusting relationships with and establishing themselves as a valued business partner with the Neurology Sales Management and Sales Specialists teams. They will partner closely with the Director, Commercial HRBP on broad functional objectives to continuously improve and deliver on the employee lifecycle HR programs and processes in support of the overall commercial business. They will partner with the Director Talent Management on the development and execution of people initiatives, ensuring the initiatives meet the needs of the greater organization as well as for the Neurology Sales team. To be successful in this role, the individual will have a proven ability to influence, and partner with leaders across the organization and demonstrate the ability to succeed in an agile, fast paced environment.
