How you will contribute:
Lead HR technology projects and programs , with a focus on digital solutions.
Identify, assess and mitigate project risks. Develop and provide remediation plans if needed.
Communicate key risks and issues to management and sponsors at all levels of the organization, and complete risk mitigation and remediation activities.
Assemble and report project status using IT PPM tools and IT project management framework standards.
Develop and document standard methodologies and tools for project execution and management.
Work closely with implementation partners and third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects, including overseeing contract negotiations, budget management, and adherence to project timelines.
Quality Assurance: Conducting regular quality reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of project work, including functional specifications, test plans, and related materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
Experience leading projects/programs within the HR Technology domain within a global, matrixed organization (5+ years).
In-depth knowledge and domain expertise in HR process, data and systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
Demonstrable track record to prioritize workload and run multiple projects, meeting key results and achievements.
Highly organized and process-focused, with a continuous improvement approach.
Demonstrable experience collaborating with and influencing internal partners at all levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem solver.
Experience with Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Time and Absence, Comp/Advanced Comp, Talent, Staffing, etc.)
