Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant

Location: Glendale, CA (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour



Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support including scheduling, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.


• Assist with client inquiries in both English and Spanish.


• Maintain records, handle data entry, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.


• Support the team in day-to-day operations, including meeting coordination and office management.


• Collaborate with staff and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).


• Prior experience in an administrative/clerical role


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
