Job Title: Jr. Regional Property Supervisor

Location: South LA/East LA area

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (weekends as needed)

Interview: 1 in-person interview

Start Date: ASAP

Language: Bilingual Spanish required

Software: Yardi experience required



Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide property managers across multiple locations.


• Ensure company policies and best practices are consistently applied.


• Address tenant concerns and maintain positive relationships.


• Monitor occupancy, financials, and property performance.


• Analyze reports, optimize revenue, and control expenses.


• Recruit, train, and evaluate property management staff.


• Oversee property maintenance and capital projects.


• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.


• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts.


• Report performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or 2+ years in property management with supervisory experience.


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficient in Yardi and Microsoft Office.


• Knowledge of property laws and financial analysis.
