We are a well-established growing outpatient private practice in Sunny San Diego seeking radiologists to join our growing collegial practice, with either employee or partnership opportunities!
GENERAL POSITION INFORMATION:
General diagnostic radiology plus your subspecialty skill set.
Hybrid of working on site and from home
Partnership track (1-3 years depending on level of experience)
All outpatient imaging! No inpatient or ER cases.
Typical outpatient case volume includes: US, Plain film, CT, MR, and DEXA. Cases are assigned and distributed equally among all working radiologists. Certain subspecialty cases may be assigned depending on fellowship training.
Work weeks are Monday to Friday, 8-5 PM
Occasional swing shifts from 4-10 PM
Weekend call is every 5th week from home, covering the outpatient imaging performed over the weekend.
Additional internal moonlighting possibilities available for added income.
MERGE PACS system, with MModal Fluency and RadAI Omni for imaging reporting
ADDITIONAL BREAST POSITION INFORMATION:
Part time employee and partnership tracks available!
3D Screening and diagnostic mammograms are performed at multiple sites, including a remote cancer center.
Current diagnostic workup is done remotely and asynchronously through standardized protocols with our technologists. Radiologists provide additional assistance remotely if needed from the technologists.
Typical mammo workday consists of approximately 60 screeners and 15-20 diagnostic exams. These are typically done at home, with a home mammo workstation provided to you.
Procedure days are done at our Alvarado/La Mesa site. US, Stereo, and MRI guided breast biopsies are available to our patients. Typically 6-12 biopsies are done. Additional procedures such as arthrograms are done by our breast radiologists, although this may change in the future.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Generous associate salary (450-700k)
