Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Clinical Supervisor in the Unity Place program at Behavioral Health Network!
Your experience, knowledge and great skills will help the Unity Place program with the following:
Overseeing the day-to-day therapeutic services of the program.
Supervising the Counselor-Case Managers in the program.
Ensuring the well-being of individuals in BHN's care & designing and implementing the treatment structure of the program.
Developing and monitoring clinical records and & ensuring compliance with program policies and regulatory requirements of licensing and funding sources.
Serving as the primary liaison with the community.
Who are we?
Behavioral Health Network's Unity Place, a 16-bed co-ed program in Greenfield, MA, provides residential rehabilitation services to individuals who are struggling with addiction and mental illness. At Unity Place, staff empower those we serve to be in the 'driver's seat' of their lives, and to clearly define their needs, wants, hopes and dreams. The pursuit of our individuals' development of autonomy, self-esteem, and involvement in their own care is highly supported and encouraged.

What are we looking for in a Clinical Supervisor?
Commitment to client empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration (required).
Master's Degree in related field (required).
Licensed or license-eligible (preferred).
At least five years' experience in the Human Services field (required).
At least two years of supervisory experience (required).
Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations (required).
Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).
On-call availability (required).
