All candidates must complete a Wonderlic screening assessment to be considered for this position. This assessment consists of 3 parts and will take approximately 30 minutes; you must complete each section for your application to be considered. The goal of this assessment is that it be completed thoroughly and not in a set amount of time.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Scan and file documents accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and assemble tax returns, forms, and financial statements
- Assist with marketing initiatives and running general errands as needed
- Draft and prepare various communications including memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
- Conduct research and compile information for reports or presentations
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and help maintain office organization
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies and regulations
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Previous administrative experience or office work experience is beneficial
