Job Description:

Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is searching for a talented full-time Server to join their team! This is a union position. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of serving experience within a high volume setting. This position will be supporting Pendulum 401.

The Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is adjacent to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, five blocks from Baltimore's Inner Harbor area and surrounded by downtown dining. Our hotel is connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk, and we're a half-mile from Camden MARC Station, linking to the airport.This property has 62,663 total sq. ft. of banquet space, including outdoor multi-function areas and the largest hotel ballroom in Baltimore, overlooking Camden Yards.

Shift Pattern: Full availability is required including weekends and holidays (union position/ scheduling is based on seniority)

Pay Rate:$8.11 per hour (plus tips)

What will I be doing?

As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
