Job Description:
The role of the Office Manager is to provide leadership in the administrative area of the operation. The Office Manager is responsible for providing management team support, and maintaining positive team member, guest and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
Field incoming telephone calls and greet business office guests
Make birthday party reservations
Assist with payroll and human resource tasks
Oversee team member communication
Function as site liaison to corporate office
Process and disseminate incoming mail
Supervise office administrative staff
Requirements:
Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
A proven ability to supervise effectively
Required Skills
Team player with energetic and enthusiastic personality
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to teach, communicate, and positively motivate
Proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to work in fast-paced, stressful environment
Willingness to work in other areas of operation
