We're looking for a Creative Development Specialist to support the video team with ideation and video execution to support top titles and films.
Responsibilities: • Work with editorial staff and other teams to understand the strategy for content around a particular show title and developing complementary video formats. • Create treatments for junket and behind-the-scenes video formats and edits like clip compilations, cutdowns, explainers, etc. • Guide execution during post-production, briefing editors (internal and external) on the concept and providing feedback along the way. • Manage these projects internally: sharing cuts for visibility & feedback, owning updates in project management software, publishing cuts in the CMS. • Review and learn from data to improve and develop new creative ideas over time.
Requirements: • 5+ years working in a creative environment making video content, such as a content studio, agency, or publisher. • Strong understanding of the post-production process and how to deliver clear feedback. • Passion for entertainment, media, and an awareness of the content that fans and publishers create in this category. • Creative point of view on what makes a great video, from length to style to pacing to done and more. • Impressive communication skills, ability to share creative ideas in written documents and a brainstorm environment. • Experience with SEO, Email Marketing, or social content distribution is a plus.
