TIELLO has partnered with a highly successful Multi-Family General Contractor in the Los Angeles, CA area on their search for a Lead Superintendent to work on Multi-Family and Mixed-Use Construction projects up to $50 Million.
The Lead Superintendent will be the lead responsible for looking after the active job site. They will also take part in mentoring staff and ensuring the entire team works together efficiently to complete the project safely, on time, and on budget.
Ability to perform all typical Superintendent duties
Oversee Active Jobsite
Keep the project on schedule
Oversee Subcontractors and all work On-Site
Ensure that Safety is kept at Utmost Importance
Hold Meetings with Subcontractors to Ensure Schedule and daily work and deliveries are understood
Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors
Help develop safety plans and implement safety procedures
Maintain timely and accurate reporting to management
Skills & Qualification:
5+ years as Superintendent for a reputable general contractor(s).
Multi-Family, Affordable Housing, and Mixed-Use Ground-Up experience
Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple projects at a time
Team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Thorough understanding of all stages of construction with the ability to read blueprints, specifications, and drawings
Procore experience
Basic technology skills including Microsoft Windows, Dropbox, and Gmail
Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
