This position will be full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday Friday 8am-5pm
What You'll Do
Assist the Controller Daily with Accounting Functions, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations Work directly with Controllers to learn the company policies and procedures Assist with Floor Plan Audits from our Financial Lenders, as it relates to paying off vehicles sold daily ,in keeping us in trust with the lenders Monthly Floor Plan Reconciliation Reconcile Accounting schedules Fixed Assets Work with the Controller to understand the reports, learn the Fixed Assets thresholds and how to properly record the depreciation expense quarterly Financial Statements- Assist the Controller with the completion of the Month End Folder to produce a Financial Statement according to both the dealership and manufacturer guidelines
