The VP of Business Operations will be responsible for standardizing Cardone Ventures operations across internal departments and stakeholders . This role will be responsible for enhancing scalability, creating efficiencies, and streamlining processes leveraging technology and data. This individual will also be responsible for managing outsourced service providers and integrating internal and 3rd party data sources into Cardone Ventures' data lakehouse . Being extremely knowledgeable of industry best practices across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and professional services, in addition to possessing a strong understanding of technology will set this individual up for success.

OBJECTIVES
Work with the COO to lead the expansion of the Business Operations department in accordance with the Business Operations long term strategic plan
Lead the team in partnering with technology to integrate the Company's applications and 3rd party data sources to the Company's data lakehouse
Develop communication strategy for stakeholder engagement and support across all initiatives
Partner with the PMO team to ensure successful execution of Operational projects
Ensure consistent implementation of data strategy from an Operations perspective across departments
Lead build out of centralized reporting function within Business Operations
Create forecasts and build dashboards for all internal departments and stakeholders to easily understand the health of the business, and identify opportunities and create strategies to help them hit their goals
Implement exception reporting and automations to monitor and maintain data quality across key source systems (partnering with technology to leverage hub and spoke data model or ESB framework)
Vet new technology to increase operational efficiencies and revenue generation opportunities
Cross team collaboration to create efficiencies for interdepartmental communication
Oversee SaaS deployment and management
Establish high levels of data quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales and marketing teams
Work to connect and drive Sales and Marketing alignment in order to flag areas of opportunity, make progress towards marketing goals, and ensure process alignment for lead routing and ownership across the funnel
COMPETENCIES

Ability to navigate complex conversations with a diverse set of stakeholders
Strong experience architecting and managing systems from the ground up - CRM, Accounting/GL systems, operational systems, and other financial systems
Advanced understanding of SaaS deployment
Ability to map out and organize the process within and across functions
Advanced level of technical skills in order to communicate with the Technology team through any potential roadblocks
Advanced level of experience with reporting utilities such as PowerBI, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, or similar
Strong knowledge of the sales pipeline and sales process, forecasting, trends analysis
Ability to consult within various teams to identify process gaps and establish efficiency
Strong understanding and philosophy between marketing and sales
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
MBA or M.Sc. in a related field preferred (Not Required). Related fields include operations, finance, computer science, engineering, data science, or similar
At least 7 years' experience in a Business Operations role
Experience leading and building operations (or similar) teams
Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, or similar reporting tools
Experience integrating many sources into a centralized data management platform
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM)
Experience successfully bringing new products to market
